Bad Times AI Group Photos
Bad Times AI: Make everyone in one group photo dance together. The photo sets the cast; the selected template provides the moves.

How does Bad Times AI choose the cast?
The single uploaded photo is the cast reference. One person means a solo dance request; several people mean a request for all of them to dance together. The reference video is used for choreography and timing, not for its actors’ identities. A split-screen reference does not require two photos and does not make a split-screen output mandatory. The prompt asks for a coherent shared scene with everyone visible.
How should a group be framed?
Use a group image where everyone is recognizable, with space around the subjects and without faces overlapping. The generator needs to adapt a portrait scene to contain the group. Wider groups may require smaller subjects in the finished frame, so inspect whether every person remains visible. Choose fewer clearly photographed people when you need a simpler composition; there is no published guaranteed maximum cast count.
Can AI keep every identity exact?
The request asks the provider not to omit, duplicate, merge or add people and to preserve each person’s distinct features. That is a generation instruction rather than a guarantee of perfect adherence. Review the whole clip for switched identities, extra people or changing faces. A paid retry is a separate request unless the existing attempt has been confirmed as failed and its generation allowance restored.
Current Bad Times AI creation rules
Bad Times AI accepts one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB. The five templates span 13.09–15 seconds and request a 480p, 9:16 portrait MP4. The free-generation allowance is 0 videos. Guest checkout needs no account. Guest packs: 1 video $7.99, 3 videos $19.90, or 8 videos $49.90. Signed-in credit packs: 50 credits $9.90, 105 credits $19.90, or 160 credits $29.90. Each 480p video uses 20 credits. One-time payment; purchased credits never expire. Photos are processed by the configured AI provider when generation is submitted, and identities and motion can vary. All five current templates are available for selection and generation. These product facts describe the current creation flow, not capabilities inferred from older template code.
