Where is my Bad Times AI video?
After confirmed generation checkout, the private result page shows the existing order and generation progress. Signed-in users can also use My videos for their task library. Email notification is optional and available only when the project’s mail service is configured. A missing email by itself does not mean the task stopped. Keep the private result link when you leave the page.
How long is a photo draft available?
The browser can save the uploaded photo and template locally for payment recovery. A draft expires 24 hours after its last save and is removed when next read. Another browser or device may not have that draft even when the order exists. If the photo is unavailable after payment, re-upload an authorized photo on the result page to continue using the existing order’s generation allowance.
How can I keep a reliable copy?
Download the completed MP4 and play it locally to confirm the file works. Provider source links can expire, so a page link is not a promise of permanent file hosting. Use a normal local backup for files you want to keep. Keep task and order IDs for support, and avoid including full payment-card details, passwords or API keys in a support message.
Current Bad Times AI creation rules
Bad Times AI accepts one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB. The five templates span 13.09–15 seconds and request a 480p, 9:16 portrait MP4. The free-generation allowance is 0 videos. Guest checkout needs no account. Guest packs: 1 video $7.99, 3 videos $19.90, or 8 videos $49.90. Signed-in credit packs: 50 credits $9.90, 105 credits $19.90, or 160 credits $29.90. Each 480p video uses 20 credits. One-time payment; purchased credits never expire. Photos are processed by the configured AI provider when generation is submitted, and identities and motion can vary. All five current templates are available for selection and generation. These product facts describe the current creation flow, not capabilities inferred from older template code.
